The coordinating physician of ICON accepts a request from the patient and examines his medical issue in detail. Based on the data provided, the patient receives options — which clinics and which specialists are best to contact.
Before leaving for treatment, the patient has the opportunity to communicate with a foreign doctor for an online consultation. The specialist will first study the medical documents and give recommendations for further diagnosis and treatment.
Coordinators deals with all organizational issues «on a turnkey basis»: sends all the necessary documentation of the patient to the clinic, helps with obtaining a visa and resolving issues with tickets. ICON company supports and protects the interests of the patient.
The patient pays for medical services at the hospital. ICON coordinators advise and provide support in organizing treatment for free.
